Description:
- The modern "rm 500" Table Paint Blender has been designed after having carried out a thorough market analysis,
- in cooperation with a renowned manufacturer of lacquers, for the field of paints, lacquers and varnishes.
- It features most modern technology, highsafety condition ergonomical operation and shortest bIen ding periods (even in the case of critical media).
- Particular maintenance work is 'not required, due to the selection of special materials. Running at ease is an important factor in the rm 500 system.The work area has been designed ergonomically and will be fed via a swing door which is actuated by a gas pressure spring. Modern electronics as weIl as a safety doorswitch, a time-limit switch*) and an emergency cut-out comply with international safety standards.
- Samples are held in position by an infinitely variable clamping unit which can easily be operated with both hands, and provided with a safety limit-stop at the top end. Tins of 5 up to 50 ml can safely be clamped in a short time.

There are two versions availablev:
a) Model rm 500 (digital time-limit switch*)
with infinite time setting from 0-5 min.
Alternative :0-15 min. for printing inks systems- high viscosity
b) Model rm 500-01 (electronic time-limit switch*)
with six time intervals 0.5-1-1.5-2-2.5-3 min.
The tin is moved in nearly all directions of travel by the so-called zero stroke excenter with approx.
1.500 RPM and an axial movement of approx. 30 mm.
The blending process is made with tins being closed. Thus extensive cleaning upon changing of paints can be avoided.
